Deleting a house sitter or homeowner account.

How do I delete a house sitter or home owner account?

Sorry, you can't do that yourself.

For security purposes we will do that manually from our database, please send us an email to

support(at)housem8.com - of course replacing the (at) with the @ symbol.

with the subject line 'Please delete my account'

In the body of the e-mail please put your username and the password on your account.

If the password is correct we'll ask for a second confirmation, then delete your account manually when you reply in the affirmative.

We'll be sorry to see you go. If you are a sitter and you have paid any membership fees, as stated in the terms and conditions, there are no refunds available for unused annual subscription time.
