I sue a bad house sitter?
They look innocent enough, but that smiley house sitter couple on
the right might be as dodgy as a six-pound note! They're probably
not, actually I think they're professional models from a stock photography
agency! But seriously, how can you check a house sitters credentials
without adequate house sitter references and police clearance?
Some house sitters act under casual arrangement, if anything goes
wrong, it can be difficult to have any recourse in law.
