Simply Business are a UK based insurance broker providing public liability cover for small businesses, and have previously included 'house sitting' as one of the activities that they may prepared to consider as a risk. We understand that European-wide cover may also be available.

We (the proprietors of this website) have used this company for some years for house sitters' liability insurance and have always found their personnel and products to be extremely useful to us. Then again we've never made a claim!

Naturally, it is important that you perform your own research before purchasing any form of insurance cover, and we cannot emphasise enough that we are not providing advice nor endorsement to purchase a policy from this organisation.
